Ms. Mohlabi is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court, a Fellow Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa and a Certified Ethics Officer through the Ethics Institute of South Africa.
She brings extensive expertise from a distinguished legal and governance career. Following several years as a corporate lawyer, she transitioned into company secretariat roles serving private and public entities, medical schemes and provident funds for more than 24 years.
Her leadership track record includes more than 16 years at senior management level, overseeing company secretariat services, governance and compliance across major public entities and state-owned enterprises.
